BrightPoint Cleaning Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") is a cleaning company based in Northampton, UK — company number 17348679, registered office 195-197 Wood Street, Suite RA01, London, E17 3NU. We are the data controller and are committed to protecting your privacy under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We collect contact information (name, email, phone number), postal addresses for service locations, booking details and service history, and payment confirmations. We do not retain your full card details.
We use your information for providing and managing bookings; providing customer support and responding to enquiries; and sending marketing communications where you have given us your explicit consent.
We process your data under three lawful bases: Contract (to deliver the service you've booked), Legitimate Interests (for business management and customer service), and Consent (specifically for marketing communications).
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary — with payment processors, our business management software (including our online booking provider, BookingMachine), WhatsApp for messaging enquiries, and cleaners, who receive the minimal address and contact information needed to complete your service.
We only keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for. Booking records are typically retained for seven years to meet tax compliance requirements.
